The starting point; and maybe enough for you and your family.

After you’ve enquired about working with me, I will send you a questionnaire to fill in. It will explore several wellbeing and sleep themes, and I ask you to be honest when you answer the questions, so I can offer you the best support.

We then hold a 30 minute video call to go through the answers you’ve given and I can ask you any questions I may have.

During the video call, I will give you 3-5 recommendations to improve your child’s sleep and/or wellbeing. Most recommendations will take the form of practices - targeted things to do regularly, as a family, or for your child to practice independently. Recommendations will be evidence informed, and known to make impact when applied consistently.

It will be down to you to take notes, as this is the simplest of my packages.

We will stay in stay in touch via Whatsapp over the next couple of weeks so you can tell me how it’s going and we can adapt the ideas.

2 weeks later, we will have another video call of 30 minutes for further mentoring.

You will have the option to ‘top-up’ your package to Written/Guided at any time.

Often this package is enough for pro-active families who are ready to make changes and are willing to implement new practices.

Future Spoken sessions will then be offered at a discounted rate of £69.00

Written

£149.00 - 4 weeks of support

Includes:

  • Written consultation guide (recommendations, practices, activities, resources, links, future considerations)

  • 3 further weekly mentoring sessions and support via Whatsapp messaging

The Written package extends the support of the Spoken package to include a written consultation guide and a total of 4 weeks support.

The guide will summarise my recommendations, then list practices and activities to support your child’s sleep and/or wellbeing, with detailed instructions.

I will also include any resources I’ve created that support these practices. It is likely to contain links to research, websites for further reading, and future considerations.

Over the 4 weeks, we will hold weekly 30 minute mentoring sessions and check in over Whatsapp messaging so I can offer further sleep coaching and advice.

Future Written sessions will then be offered at a discounted rate £99.00

Guided

£199.00 - 6 weeks of support

Includes:

  • Questionnaire

  • Online video call consultation

  • Written consultation guide (recommendations, practices, activities, resources, links, future considerations)

  • 30 minute coaching call per week for 6 weeks

  • Whatsapp messaging support throughout the 6 weeks

Guided offers you weekly coaching calls of 30 minutes for 6 weeks, as well as the written consultation.

This is the most comprehensive support I offer.

This means you can implement the practices from your written guide, over a longer period of time, whilst having any questions answered and adjustments made to support progress with your child’s sleep and/or wellbeing.

Future sessions will then be offered at a discounted rate of £149.00

Wellbeing tutoring for your child to teach them all about their mental and physical wellbeing through four pillars: mindset, nutrition, movement and lifestyle.

During these sessions, we follow a tailored, progressive curriculum that is evidence informed. Learning outcomes are age appropriate and linked to areas of the curriculum.

Each session is likely to include a form of mindfulness practice, movement, and reflective journalling.

I currently offer the following programmes (6 sessions in each):

Sessions can be held online/in-person (locally close to Sherborne) every week, or every other week.

Suggested ‘home-practices’ to maintain progress

This package offers 1:1 wellbeing mentoring support for your child. I will ask you to fill in a sleep and wellbeing questionnaire, then talk through this questionnaire with your child during an initial video consultation. This is an opportunity for your child to discuss what makes them feel good, what lifts their mood, what challenges them and anything they find draining. I will then tailor 2 further, 60 minute mentoring sessions to support their needs. The mentoring sessions are likely include movement practices (possibly slow and restorative, or maybe fast and energetic), practical tasks and coaching discussions. Each session will end with a short journalling task (it doesn’t have to be written - we can use drawings, spoken word or expressive movement) and some suggested home-practices (different to homework) which will nourish their learning from the sessions.

These sessions can be held online via video sessions, or in person close to Sherborne, Dorset.

The Mentored package can be taken in additional to sleep support (Spoken, Written or Guided packages).

A block of 90 minute sessions of practical wellbeing training

End of ‘term’ celebration report on successes, and goals for future development.

In a practical 90 minute session with your child, we will work on a range of holistic wellbeing activities that suit their goals, temperament and your expectations. Most activities will be movement based, even if it’s a walk and talk for emotional literacy. A couple of activities will be focussed on stillness, such as the yoga nidra/ formal mindfulness practices. Practices are likely to take in:

  • Energetic movement for muscle endurance and/or cardiovascular ability

  • Strength training - age appropriate, fun and progressive

  • Restorative movement focussed on motion, flexibility, mobility and relaxation

  • Somatic movement to engage the body and focus on the internal experience

  • Wellbeing mindsets - experiencing positive emotions, engaging in absorbing tasks, active listening, finding meaning

  • Outdoor lifestyles and specifically outdoor education

  • Mindfulness - formal and informal

  • Meditation/yoga nidra to support rest, relaxation and sleep

  • Nourishing our bodies and minds with food and drink

  • Endeavouring to achieve planned goals with perseverence

  • Social and Emotional Literacy - getting to know emotions with understanding, regulation, learning and communciation in our social settings
