Welcome. I have worked with children and their families for twenty years as a teacher, coach and mentor. I look at sleep and wellbeing for children through four pillars: mental wellbeing | nourished eating | mindful movement | balanced lifestyles
I pay particular attention to sleep, mindfulness, real food, positive psychology, nature and physically active learning. Each of these complements the other, and I am passionate about helping children understand and practise these for themselves, but also supporting their families to improve health and wellbeing at home.

Sleep Support
Online coaching to address an issue with your child’s sleep.
I will offer gentle, responsive advice through the lens of mental and physical wellbeing to find things you may not have tried yet. Packages take the form of coaching, rather than programming. 6 months to 16yrs.

Wellbeing Tutoring
Like traditional tutoring, but the academic subject of health and well-being education. Specific topics. Curriculum led. Progressive learning. Online or in-person. For those who would like to take an academic approach to improving and protecting mental and physical health.

Wellbeing Mentoring
1:1 support for children to work through any wellbeing difficulties or towards positive challenges. Tailored package to suit your child’s specific needs. Online or in-person. Families are involved with full communication, but I work with the child to improve one or more aspects of their mental/physical wellbeing.

Wellbeing Personal Training
Holistic personal training for children - focussed on physical activity of all kinds, nutrition, mindfulness, yoga nidra, and emotional literacy. Each package is tailored to the child’s goals, temperament and expectations.
